Real Estate Forum&Summit is the most important annual meeting of real estate brokers, agents and other professionals in this industry where we will present the new amendments to the Real Estate Brokerage Law and new services introduced by the Republic Geodetic Authority. Forum&Summit are organized by the Association Real Estate Cluster.
Real Estate Forum takes place at Golden Tulip Zira Hotel in Belgrade onOctober 9th, 2024. Opening of the Real Estate Forum will take place on October 8th, 2024 at 2 p.m. at the House of the Army of Serbia in Belgrade, 19 Braće Jugoviće St.
The real estate professionals (agents, appraisers, consultants, lawyers developers, investors, etc.) are expected to participate at the conference.
Forum will be attended and opened by high officials of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, NALED and the representatives of associations from abroad.
Experts in the field of real estate will share their knowledge and latest experiences to the participants of Forum during workshops and panel discussions where a large number of important topics will be discussed.The Forum topics will also comprise the practical implementation of the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism by the real estate brokerage agencies.
Owing to its very active international cooperation, Association Real Estate Cluster has succeeded to get together at this Summit the real estate industry professionals from many countries as well as respectable guests and friends from the most significant associations of the professionals in real estate industry such as the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and associations from the region of Southeast Europe.

REAL ESTATE CLUSTER is an association whose members are the companies and entrepreneurs operating in the field of real estate brokerage, design and construction on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The member of Real Estate Cluster is the Institute of Economic Sciences.
The most important aims for the Association Real Estate Cluster foundation were increase of its members' competitiveness and regulation of the real estate market. The association advocated for the Real Estate Brokerage Law since 2010.
The Ministry of Domestic and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Serbia supported the foundation of the Real Estate Cluster in 2010 and ever since it has been supporting it in improving of competitiveness of real estate companies through introduction of new technologies, employee training and participation of the association at the fairs and conferences held both in Serbia and abroad. Real Estate Cluster has successfully executed several programs of the Ministry whose aim was strengthening of the competitiveness of domestic economy in the service sector.
In 2011th Real Estate Cluster has initiated foundation of the Group of Real Estate Brokers of Serbia within the Association of Trade of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.
