Ervin Pasanovic is graduated economist, court expert (field of expertise – valuation) and licenced real estate broker.
He has significant experience in fields such as valuation, investment banking, management, marketing and real estate brokerage. He is General Manager Adventis Real Estate Management Ltd. which is specialized in real estate appraisal and valuation of assets. His valuation clients list includes companies such as Backa Sivac, PIK Becej, Sandzak Trans, Fidelinka AD, Elixir Zorka Sabac, Invej, Monus, Foam, Milel, etc.
Prior to his real estate career, he was on position of executive in several large companies in Serbia: Media Swiss Ringier Axel Springer (Marketing Director), Sting Production (Managing Board President), Focus Investment Fund (Sales and Marketing Director), Di Line – member of MPC Group (Marketing Director).
In addition to this, during his real estate career, he was involved in conducting several real estate market researches and had very successful moderator role on many conferences: “Serbia”: EXPO REAL MINHEN (2010), REXPO ZAGREB (2013), BELRE (2009-2013).
