Robert was born on December 27th, 1968 in Bač, Vojvodina, Republic of Serbia.
He graduated from the secondary school at Bačka Palanka, studied at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad and worked as a journalist in since 1990th, at first as the Novi Sad correspondent of ''Večernje novosti“ Belgrade, ''Arena'' Zagreb and ''Naši dani'' Sarajevo. He also collaborated with the magazines ''Vreme'' and ''Stav''.
In 1992nd, with a group of students he renewed the students' periodical news ''Index''. After two editions the whole editorial team was replaced and after that ''Independent Index'' was launched. Its name was later to be changed into ''The World'' which was transformed into the publishing company Color Press Group.
Today, Robert is the CEO of Color Press Group, the largests magazines publisher in the region with the companies in six republics of ex Yugoslavia with 84 magazines, 21 internet portals and over 50 conferences and festivals organized annually. The company's portfolio includes many licensed editions of: "The Economist", "Diplomacy & Commerce", "Hello!", "Brava Casa", "Gloria", "Story", "Grazia", "Jamie Oliver Magazine''.
The conferences organized by Color Press Group are: "Pro Femina", "Food Talk", "The Economist: The World in...", "Digital", "Book Talk", "CSR Serbia", "Serbia Goes Green", "Teen Talk" and many other.
In addition to the conferences, CPG also organizes many festivals, such as "Novosadski Oktoberfest", "Winterfest", "Festival of Love", "Food Planet", etc.
