MA Engineer in Architecture and PhD student at the Faculty of Architecture - University of Belgrade.
Since 2019, he has been employed at the Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure and then at the Agency for Spatial Planning and Urbanism of the Republic of Serbia on the tasks of determining the possibility of transferring the right of usage to the right of ownership of land - land conversion, expert control of spatial and urban planning documents, as well as analysis of the way land is used in a single spatial entity. He participated in the creation of spatial and urban planning documents and obtained professional licenses in the field of spatial planning and urbanism.
He is actively engaged in monitoring changes in the state of space, digitalization and centralization of information systems about space – e-Space. He is actively engaged in the centralization of the digital Zoning plan, digitization of spatial and urban planning documents, as well as communication with the Local Government Units. He directs his professional and expert research towards the analysis of spatial and urban environments and the identification of normative-planning omissions - gaps identified on the basis of established strengths, weaknesses, potentials and threats induced by various factors on the spatial entity.
