Jasmina is a lawyer with over 20 years of professional experience in the field of law, property, regulatory reform and public policy development. As part of NALED's expert team since 2017, she participated in the development, revision, analysis and initiation of numerous regulatory and administrative procedures and practices. She is a member of a large number of government working groups for issues of property, urbanism, energy, company business and justice. Participated in the preparation and implementation of the Action Plan for improving Serbia's position on the World Bank's Doing Business list. Until 2020, she was a contributor to the World Bank in the area of bankruptcy and the rights of minority shareholders. She dealt with the reform of the public sector, the improvement of property-legal relations and the improvement of the urban planning process as part of the expert team at various international and domestic projects. Jasmina is the author of the Guide for registration in the cadastre of real estate and utilities, as well as other professional works and policy documents. Before becoming part of the NALED, she built her professional experience in the banking sector, as part of the legal team of Srpska and Jubmes Bank, where she managed the Department of Legal Affairs. Now in NALED, Jasmina coordinates the work of two working bodies:
- Alliance for property and investments, which gathers more than 80 members from the public, private and civil sectors and
- The Club of Cities and Municipalities with a favorable business environment, which gathers the mayors and presidents of 25 local self-governments that are holders of the BFC certificate.
She graduated in 2001 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, where she specialized in EU law and obtained a master's degree at the department of commercial law on the topic "Company mergers in the FRJ and the EU".
