Zoltan Dani is a retired Colonel of the Yugoslav Army. During the NATO aggression against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia he commanded the air defense unit of the Yugoslav Army which shot down a F-117 and B-2 stealth bomber and an F/A-16 and damaged several of them. For his successful work in the Yugoslav People's Army (YPA) and the Yugoslav Army (YA) he was decorated twice and awarded and praised several times.
He served in the YPA and YA from 1978th to 2004th in command duties in the air defense missile units. After retiring in the Yugoslav Army he worked in the private business.
He was a Memeber of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia (2022-2024th). He is a Member of the Presidency of the Union of War Veterans of the National Liberation Wars of Serbia.
Zoltan Dani is a Lecturer by invitation at the military schools and scientific institutions in Serbia and abroad. Among them is Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) that is one of the most prestigious Universities in the USA. He teaches people to achieve strategic goals and to give asymmetric response to the business challenges.
He graduated from the Aviation-Technical Military Academy of the YPA as a specialist in the S-75M "Volkhov" air defense missile system and after that he graduated at the General Staff Military Academy as a specialist in the S-125M "Neva" air defense missile system. He participated three times, with the grade "excellent" in the training of combat missile launching from the S-75M "Volkhov" air defense missile system at the "Ashuluk" polygon in the USSR.
He completed his specialization for the Sales Manager at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade. He took a Master's degree at the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Science at the University Union - Nikola Tesla in Belgrade.
Zoltan speaks Serbian, Russian, Hungarian, Romanian and English language. He is married, the father of three children.
